Hey Village.
This is the first post that I'm making here in 2021.
Wow, where have I been?
I've been thinking a lot about my blog here and how outdated it is.
I'm a different person when the year started. And I have to let my heart out this mornite.
This year is my year of "EXPRESSION".
And it's sooooo amazing.
The closer you are to your true self, the more amazing stuff you could do.
I hope I could tell you more about it tonight, but my muscle is aching and it's 2:53 in the morning.
Yet, my heart has been so full since last week.
Our agency, CaaSocio is growing at its fastest the past month.
Inbound leads are pouring in--5 to 6 leads a day. We're closing 1-2 clients a week.
We've offered blog writing. We're now what? 4 core team members. 4 writers. 3 extended team members. And 4-5 external partners.
Wow. We've grown a lot.
The website has saved our sanity and showcased our copywriting talents.
We just got off from a Discovery Call and they loved it.
We scored our first consulting client.
Our first marketing hire (outside of the core team) just got her paycheck. $500-ish. Not full time work and I'm effing proud of that.
I just totalled the fees that I'm paying my writers and wow, I didn't think it was that much na. Not too much like 100k, but it's bigger than what I've thought.
I'm at a point where everything I'm--we're--doing is a result of demand. We've let the good kind of flow take us through the stream that we enjoy soaking ourselves in and we know where we're going--it's somewhere bright.
Im humbled by how everything turns out.
How the failures I've endured have played a part to where I am now.
I needed to undergo them to be the ME that is demanded by my team, my clients, and my family right now.
I could fucking dream BIG and I am excited to scribble the plan to go there.
I feel powerful, yet small because I know He orchestrates everything and that all of these are temporary.
I wanted to go on, but I'm afraid I have to put my kid to sleep.
And how smart he is!
I'm just so full of positivity, joy, and power right now. :)
I'll come back and document my thoughts because I want to be able to go back to this point of my life right now once I go to the next step.
