It's 42 Days to Christmas and we're still stuck at home.

The world is so mundane, harsh, and mean to us right now.

COVID's still out there. The worst typhoon just hit us (Ulysses). Jezz and I are the only ones taking care of JJ. 

Sometimes, I feel so tired with everything that's been going on. I want to go out and meet people. 

And that's crazy coming from me because I am an introvert.

But I've been thriving since I was let go from my long-term company.

Yes, I'm no longer a manager. My entire marketing team has been disbanded. I suddenly went from having a consistent 6-fig deal to being a full-fledged freelancer with no consistent income. 

But you know what's surprising?

I've hit my income ceiling that month. September. 

It was bittersweet for me. The firing. My heart was too happy that I'm finally free from an environment where I don't thrive anymore. 

And at the same time, I'm kinda stressed because my husband is stressed. 

But I was calm, I know I can earn more now that I'm free.

And I did. :)

And you know what else happened when I finally broke free from the one thing that's been stressing me out?

A LOT.

We sell these pretty things.

Funny how they have the budget foreign clients are so hesitant to invest in. (first ever ~6 fig deal)

The downside is Jeerux is challenging. But oh well, that's how it is when you're a mom. 

I'm just sooooo grateful for HIM for designing my life. :)
